On 19th September, an exhibition at Sofia's National Palace of Culture (NDK) presented the idea of a restored Buzludzha Monument to the nation's capital.

Architect Dora Ivanova was there to discuss her vision for the monument's future, amidst a showcase of photographs, blueprints and architectural models. She explained to attendees the importance of depoliticising the monument – detailing the value of Buzludzha, the incredible effort of labour behind it, and the benefits of preserving it as an object of cultural heritage for future generations.

The exhibition sparked numerous debates, but the response was largely positive.
